Our Response to COVID 19

As part of our commitment to the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff, residents and the wider community, Fresh Property Group continue to carefully monitor the COVID 19 situation and the on-going restrictions put in place by the UK Government. 

We have implemented specific COVID 19 business continuity plans which will ensure business resilience for our clients, residents, partners and stakeholders.

Fresh Property Group’s student and BTR buildings remain open and our Accommodation Teams continue to provide support to their residents including those who are self-isolating.  Where team members must themselves self-isolate we are maintaining contact with residents through telephone, email, Skype and social media. 

In every building we have deployed a range of additional practical measures, including enhanced cleaning and welfare arrangements, to assist in managing and controlling the potential spread of the virus.  We have detailed contingency plans in place to ensure critical services are prioritised and we have worked with our key sub-contractors to ensure they are an integral part of the service continuity plans. 

We will continue to closely monitor the ever changing situation and updated Government guidance, and will respond robustly to any further changes to protect the welfare of our people and ensure we can continue to provide the necessary support to our clients and residents.
